Description

The Island is a 10 karat White Gold Synthetic Purple Sapphire and White Sapphire Ring.  This prong set Synthetic Purple Sapphire stone is in the shape of an Island.  On one side are three round prong set tiny White Sapphire stones.  The Island measures 5/8″ x 3/8″.  Hallmarked “10K”.  Size 6 3/4″.
