Hearts Desire is a 14 karat Yellow Gold Garnet Heart Pendant Necklace.  This pretty large Heart has a byzantine style design with another smaller Heart in the middle with an oval .20 carat cabochon Garnet in the center.  This Heart Pendant measures 1 1/2″ (including bale)  x 1 3/8″.  This Heart Pendant is suspended from a 14 karat Yellow Gold open links 20″ Chain.
