Description

The Jeweled Rhombus is a 14 karat Yellow Gold Opal, Sapphire and Diamond Mid Century Ring.  This pretty Ring features the Rhombus shape composed of channel set pressured mounted emerald cut Sapphires.  The total carat weight of the Sapphires is .25 carats.  At each of the four corners is a tiny round prong and bezel set .005 carat Diamond.  The total carat weight of the four Diamonds is .02 carats.  In the center of this Rhombus is a small round prong and bezel set .20 carat Opal.  The sides shanks and bridge mounting have a delicate looking filigree scroll and leaf design.  Hallmarked “14K”.  Size 7″.  Circa 1940’s.
