Description

The Earth and Sky is an 18 karat Yellow Gold Mid Century Enamel, Opal and Diamond Ring.  This unusual combination features a prong set Marquise Rainbow Opal in the center.  This Opal is surrounded by a rim of tiny round bezel set Diamonds.  The total carat weight of all the Diamonds is one (1.00) carat.  The Clarity is VS1 and the Color is G-H.  The outer border is created to be a gold crown filled with a flower like design in the center alternating with a green enamel leaf.  The side shanks are five slender bands, two of which are braided.  They come together to form this thick Band.  Hallmarked (on the tab, inside) “18KT”.  Size 9 1/4″.  Circa 1960’s.
