Description

Ornate Headdress is a 14 karat Yellow Gold Mid Century Garnet Necklace.  This fabulous Necklace features an ornate headdress or fan spray of Garnets.  This Ornate Spray features seven (7) small round prong set Garnets as the highlight.  Another small round prong set Garnet is directly in the center of the Spray.  Dangling from the Spray at two of the lower outer corners is another small round prong set dangling Garnet.  There are four (4) of these in total.  Underneath the Spray is a teardrop shaped dangling form with small round prong set Garnets as the outer rim.  Dangling from the inside of this teardrop shape is a dangling small round prong set Garnet.  The total carat weight of all the Garnets in this Pendant is two carats.  The Pendant measures 1 3/4″ x 2″.  This Pendant is suspended from a 14 karat Yellow Gold 18″ Rope Chain.  Circa 1960’s.
