Open Heart is an 18 karat Yellow Gold Heart Diamond Pendant Necklace.  This lovely Heart Pendant is unique as it features the outline of a thick Heart but open on the inside.  This open Heart has a “bead blasted” finish (almost like a rough nugget style) on the inside.  Off to one corner is a tiny .08 round prong set Diamond.  This Heart Pendant measures 1 3/4″ (including bale)   x 1/2″.   The Heart Pendant is suspended from a 14 karat Yellow Gold twisted links 18″ Yellow Gold Chain.  This listing is for the Heart Pendant only.  Chain is sold  separately.
