Nicky Butler Medallion is a Sterling Silver Multi Gemstone Cross Pendant Necklace.  This lovely Cross is quite large at 3″ x 2 1/2″.  It is filled with Turquoise, Moonstone Green Garnet and Peridot stones along with Pearls.  This large Cross is suspended from a thick cable style 18″ chain along with a 2 1/4″ open link chain extension.  Hallmarked “NB 925”.
