Literally Cross Your Heart is a Sterling Silver Turquoise and Mother Of Pearl Heart Pendant Necklace. This unusual Sterling Silver Heart has four sections of inlaid Turquoise along with two sections of  M.O.P.  outlined and divided by Sterling Silver borders.  This Heart Pendant measure 1″ (including “x” bale) x (almost ) 1″.  It is actually an enhancer and can be attached to any Chain by lifting up the hook in the back.  The double cross over 18 karat White Gold bale is an “X” design that is inserted into the Heart by two loops.  This Heart Pendant is suspended from a semi twisted 18″ Sterling Silver Rope Chain.  Hallmarked “925 18K”.
