Judith Ripka Hearts are Sterling Silver and 18 karat Yellow Gold Smokey Quartz Heart and Diamond Leverback Earrings.  These pretty Earrings feature a Sterling Silver half Hoop with three tiny round prong and bezel set Diamonds.  Dangling from the hoop is a small round prong and bezel set Diamond in the center.  Dangling from that wire is a prong set heart shaped Smokey Quartz stone with Yellow Gold Diamond Heart prongs.  These Hearts measure 1/2″ x 3/8″.  Hallmarked “JR 18K 925”.
