This pretty open Heart features a .75 carat Heart shaped Blue Topaz stone prong set in the center of the Heart Pendant.  Above the Blue Topaz Heart sits a tiny round prong set Diamond.  The Heart Pendant measures 3/4″ in diameter.  It is suspended from an 18″ Gold Filled Chain.  Hallmarked “14K”.
