Delia is an 18 karat Yellow Gold Lady Cameo Necklace.  This pretty Necklace features a round prong set Lady Cameo Portrait mounted in a “v” style mounting.  This Pendant is suspended  from a gold filled chain.  The Pendant measures 1 1/2″ (including bale) x 1/2″. (chain in the picture is not included, but does come with a fine antique gold filled chain).
