April and September is a 14 karat Yellow Gold Diamond and Sapphire Heart Pendant Necklace.  This pretty little Heart has an outer rim filled with alternating Diamond and Sapphire stones.  There are eight (8) tiny round prong set Diamonds mounted in White Gold along with eight (8) tiny round prong set Sapphires.  The total carat weight of the Diamonds is .04 carats.  The total carat weight of the Sapphires is .08 carats.  This Heart Pendant measures 1″ (including bale) x  5/8″.  It is suspended from a 14 karat fine oval links 22″ Yellow Gold Chain.
