Description

The Big Tear is a 14 karat Yellow Gold Citrine and Diamond Mid Century Ring.  This pretty Ring features a large three (3.00) carat teardrop shaped prong set Citrine stone as the main attraction.  This stone is set atop a 14 karat Yellow Gold caged basket style mounting.  At the tip of the Citrine stone is a crown of five (5) small round prong set Diamonds.  The total carat weight of the Diamonds is .25 carats.  The Clarity of the Diamonds is SI1 and the Color is I-J.  The side shanks form a delicate curve upward next to the Citrine and then continue to form the Band.  Hallmarked 14K”.  Size 6 1/4″.  Circa 1960’s.
