Description

Edwardian Royalty is a 9 karat Amethyst and Seed Pearl Edwardian Necklace.  This pretty Necklace features a fine 9 karat Yellow Gold Chain which leads to a small round bezel set Amethyst stone.  There are two of these, one on each side of this Necklace.  This leads to a somewhat pentagon shaped design with a Seed Pearl outer border and a bezel set Amethyst stone inside.  There is one of these on each side also. Two small round bezel set Amethyst stones, (one dangles) on each side lead to the same shaped Amethyst design (slightly larger) in the middle of this Necklace. Dangling down from this is a round Seed Pearl Amethyst disc.  Swooping down from the first Seed Pearl Amethyst pentagon like design to the middle Seed Pearl Amethyst pentagon is a 9 karat Yellow Gold Dangling Chain.  The total carat weight of all the Amethyst stones is three (3) carats.  This Necklace measures 15″ in length.  It is finished off with a tubular clasp.  Hallmarked “9ct”.   Circa 1910.
