Cream Saver Jewels is a 14 karat Yellow Gold Ruby and Diamond Swirl Ring.  This pretty Ring features three swirls with six (6) small round prong set Rubies, in each swirl.  There are also three swirls with six (6) small round prong set Diamonds, in each swirl.   There is a slightly larger round prong set Diamond in the center of all the swirls.  The total carat weight of the eighteen (18) Rubies is .90 carats.  The total carat weight of the nineteen (19) Diamonds is .75 carats.  The Clarity is SI2 and the Color is J-K.    Hallmarked “14K”.  Size 7 3/4″.
