Description

Artemis is a Sterling Silver Hardstone Art Deco Artemis Cameo Ring.  Artemis is carved out as an ivory color on the light brown hardstone.  This Cameo is bezel set with another thin outlined bezel border and beading by the side shanks.  The side shanks have a wide fan like design which is 13 mm and tapers to 3.5 mm at the back of the Band.  Size 9″.  Circa 1930’s.

**Artemis was the goddess of chastity, hunting, and the moon, often depicted with her trusty bow and arrow and a short tunic to aid in running through the woods.
